Compiling the Year End for our Clients has a lot of moving pieces. There are things that need to be done that we only do once a year and so it’s hard to remember all of the time.  We’ve created a comprehensive checklist of all of the things that we do for a client when year end rolls around.  There are a total of 115 items to make sure that nothing gets missed!

We provide both a PDF version for easy viewing, or a CSV version if you want to upload it directly into your Project Management system for easy editing and customization to meet your practice requirements.  We use Teamwork as our Project Management System, and so that is the format that is presented, but it can be used anywhere. Our accounting software is also QuickBooks Online, but we’ve left a short checklist of items if you are also using QuickBooks Desktop.  If you are using a different Financial Management System altogether, you would customize some of the task instructions as to how they work in your platform, but it would still give you a solid starting point.
